Rebooking, Cancellation & Refund Policies

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Deposits – Birthday party deposits are non refundable if cancelled other than for weather related closures.

Changes or Rebooking – If any changes to a party reservation need to be made, please contact us at least 24 hours before party date.

Weather – Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No communication prior to booking date and time is considered a no-show. No-shows will not be refunded.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Deposits – Group booking deposits are non refundable if cancelled other than for weather related closures.

We strive to maintain the ice in optimal condition for safe skating. However, weather conditions may occasionally cause water to accumulate on the surface which does not necessarily make it unfit for skating.

If we conclude that the ice is unfit for skating, customers will notified and be rebooked or issued a full refund or credit.
